CHALLENGES IN BUYING DURUM WHEAT & SELLING KESARI DALIA
We faced problems to grow & store Durum Wheat in Punjab for the whole year. Then we started to buy Durum Wheat from Gujarat where we know we don't need to store Durum Wheat for the whole year as quality of black soil of MP is far better than Punjab for Durum Wheat. We faced in selling our product like other FMCG compaines while marketing with sales team in Punjab. Then i Myself apply networking plan to build my distributor network and did the marketing at my own. Now we have 204 distributors in three states and two Union Territory with 5500 + department stores and we sold 85000 pouches per month in this current year, we expect 20% growth in coming year.
